Alcohol sales policy

Subject — This policy governs the online sale of alcoholic beverages by Luxtore.

Legal drinking age — The sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited. Luxtore requires proof of age before delivery or collection. If there is any doubt, the order may be cancelled.

Verification — Date of birth collected when placing the order and identity check possible upon delivery/collection.

Delivery / collection — The carrier or our team may request proof of identity; otherwise, no package will be handed over and the order will be refunded (excluding costs incurred).

Health message — “Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous for your health; consume in moderation.” (displayed on our communication materials.)

Distance selling (EU) — For shipments outside France, excise duties and declarations may apply; Luxtore reserves the right to restrict delivery.
