Our cuvée is a single-varietal oil, produced from Germaine de Casinca olives harvested and pressed at the Oletta mill during the month of November.
This natural, unfiltered olive oil is cold-pressed to preserve its aromas and benefits. Since 2015, our olive oil has been certified PDO Huile d'Olive de Corse / Oliu di Corsica.
We have chosen to package in 35cl bottles closed with a non-drip pouring cap.
